All runways at Copenhagen airport were closed because of a blizzard. This, for the first time in 22 years

I myself have lived in Southern Sweden not far from Denmark and I can attest that when there is a blizzard in this part, you won’t like to go out.
This area is very flat which gives the winds full range and cause a lot of snow drifts even when the wind doesn’t blow that hard.

Because of all the jet setting politicians and business people that tried to go to Copenhagen last year they had at that time to move the many private jets to nearby airports in Sweden and Germany. Limousines had to be called in from surrounding countries. I wonder what would have happened if they opened the congress the day in the current type of condition.
